A Vision for Affordable Living

Housing that helps communities thrive.

At Jabali Canada, affordable housing is about more than constructing buildings. It is about creating sustainable and inclusive communities where people have access to safe, dignified homes.

Our affordable housing vision responds to the need for quality homes that people and families can afford while supporting stability, belonging and long-term community well-being.

We aim to develop housing that reflects the needs of the communities we serve and contributes to stronger, more inclusive neighbourhoods.

Our Objective

4,000 affordable homes over five years.

Jabali Canada aims to develop 4,000 affordable housing units over the next five years as part of its broader mission to address housing inequity and expand access to affordable homes.

Our focus includes marginalized and underserved communities, including people of African descent, underserved Middle Eastern communities, First Nations and Veterans.

“Affordable housing can provide the foundation for stability, opportunity and stronger communities.”

Our Approach

Building with people and communities in mind.

Our approach brings together affordability, sustainability, equity and community needs.

QUALITY & SUSTAINABILITY

Homes built for the future.

We envision affordable housing built to strong standards of quality, sustainability and efficiency, supporting residents today while considering the needs of future generations.

EQUITY & ACCESS

Housing that includes everyone.

Our work emphasizes equitable access to safe and dignified housing, particularly for marginalized and underserved communities facing housing affordability challenges.

Community Impact

More than a place to live.

Stable housing can create a foundation from which individuals and families participate more fully in their communities, pursue opportunities and plan for the future.

By working with communities and collaborating with public and private partners, Jabali Canada seeks to contribute to housing solutions that support both affordability and long-term community well-being.
